I specialise in supporting driven busy people, mostly women these days - with a few cool businesses, chaps and teens! My areas of expertise are healing from stress and hormone related health issues such as chronic pain, burnout, anxiety or hormone havoc. I take a unique holistic approach - encompassing breathwork, mindset mastery and high performance habits. I’ve dedicated my entire 25 year career to helping people heal, feel and perform their best, naturally.
I believe our body, mind and hormones are A M A Z I N G. With an incredible ability to heal and grow.
