Perimenopause can hit much earlier than women might expect and menopause can bring challenges most women would prefer not to have.

Furthermore, so many women are confused by their symptoms and misunderstood by those around them - who can think they’re going crazy as they navigate the fatigue and fluctuations.

I firmly believe this transition can be a wonderful time to tune into our feminine wisdom and come out stronger and vibrant the other side.

Yet the health professionals women often seek guidance from aren’t always as knowledgeable or empathetic as they might hope for, meaning women can find themselves misguided. My mission is to empower women with knowledge, self awareness and fabulous energy to Thrive through midlife and way beyond.

Learning to understand, trust, love and respect our precious bodies and minds through this transition is such an important part of navigating perimenopause and menopause without the debilitating symptoms many experience.

In this episode, I’ll share some of the symptoms to look out for, as well as how you can start to manage them naturally.
