Hi, I’m Sally Dibden, delighted you found me here!
Hi, I’m Sally Dibden, delighted you found me here!
wellbeing is the foundation of sustainable success.
prevention and proactivity are usually better, cheaper and more effective than the cure.
most things can be healed - our body and especially our minds are more powerful than we think.
our environment hugely impacts our health, happiness and performance
we’re on Earth to thrive, not simply survive.
Yet we need as much bright creative energy as possible to reenergise and unite our people and planet at the moment. I aim to help my clients, patients and students to heal, feel and perform at their best more consistently- at work, home and play. My hope is to raise our collective consciousness. Empowered leaders inspire those they lead and create a ripple affect, so the next generation shine their lights to help make the world a better place.
My role in your mission
My role in your mission
I've had the privilege of working with super smart, dynamic people, organisations and their families for nearly 25 years and noticed several trends.
Many high flying individuals, leaders and athletes are struggling. They are determined to be brilliant at their work or as parents, there is no doubt about that. To the outside world it indeed appears that they excel at anything they put their mind to. But their body, mind, health, 'self' and life are paying a very high price behind the scenes.
The constant stress, demands and expectations start to take their toll and problems start to creep up on them. There can seem to be a conflict of interest in what's right for them vs what's right for those around them. There then often develops a sense that despite 'having everything', something isn't fulfilling or working for them. Or, they develop a life changing health or personal crisis.
At one end there are individuals and forward thinking businesses determined to perform at their best and want to ensure they do so in great mental and physical shape, with the right mindset and without sacrificing other parts of their lives. They perhaps want the edge to apply for a new job or change direction.
In the middle of the scale are those who are starting to notice a few niggles that are holding them back from doing so.
However, mostly people reach out at the exhausted end of the spectrum - when they have reached crisis point.
anxiety
autoimmune conditions
back pain, headaches and joint pain
burnout / exhaustion / overwhelm
chronic pain and slow to heal injuries
clarity or more lack of it - a loss of passion or purpose around what they truly desire - personally or professionally
confidence issues, limiting beliefs or imposter syndrome
emotional eating
hormonal imbalances such as migraines, challenges through perimenopause or menopause
overwhelm - this is a a word I hear often!!
procrastination or perfectionist tendencies
relationship breakdown
sleep challenges
sports injuries or desire to optimise sporting performance
weight gain and yoyo dieting
I specialise in recognising and helping people connect the dots around they feel. As they optimise stress and heal related health issues we ensure they’re thriving, not just surviving. By helping rewiring the way the brain works and empowering people with self awareness and tools, I help optimise both body AND mind. Giving them better access to their creativity and genius within.

I understand the tendency of high achievers to stretch themselves - I’ve navigated my own burnout story, experiencing first hand the frustration of low energy and an array of other health issues get in the way of living life personally and professionally.
It is often said that everything happens for a reason; to my surprise it has turned out that my near burnout experience and crazed quest for answers to one of my children's health challenges, led me down an holistic health path that helped my entire family and gave me a whole new perspective around how to help my clients. I reignited the passion I had to help people get back to their best selves and after extensive further beyond that of my physiotherapy foundation equipped me with tools to facilitate deep transformation for both myself and all of my clients.
Most people have their addictions - whether that’s to work, food, exercise, sex or even stress. My addictions were to exercise, work and sugar.
We all have our reasons, albeit they’re usually wrapped up in a confused place deep inside. Some addictions can even be revered in our culture of over drive, such as that to work. Thankfully I did the work to heal my primary addictions and learnt a HUGE amount along the way.
I don’t profess to being perfect - despite all I know I still have to remind myself at times that over working or stuffing myself with sugar is not healthy! The difference is I catch myself MUCH earlier before it becomes problematic to my hormones and energy levels. Having always been an active type my drugs of choice these days are heading up to the mountains to hike or ski, or into the lake to reground and reconnect with a wild water swim.
After graduating as a Chartered Physiotherapist in the UK in 1997, my career commenced in the British Health Service (NHS), where I gained a wide experience through in rotations in Neurology, Paediatrics, Orthopaedics, and Geriatrics amongst several many other areas. Gradually, I began specialising in the treatment of sports injuries and musculoskeletal out patients in various clinics and teams across the the UK, Australia and France. A highlight was working in the British Royal Airforce (RAF) treating the officer cadets and reputed Red Arrow display team.
I started my career thinking I would primarily be treating the physical side of the body, but it soon became evident that the body was far more complicated. As patients reveal many things to their physios, I became involved in their overall wellbeing, offering such skills as counselling and the essentials of nutrition. Over this time I completed extensive post-graduate training deepening my knowledge and skills in a range of areas from psychology, pain management, the nervous system, manual and sports therapy, to energy therapy, acupuncture and pilates.
I set up my own practice The Wellbeing Consultants in 2009 in French, on the Swiss border near Geneva. Over the last decade I've undertaken extensive training in coaching, neurolinguistic programming (NLP), nutrition, yoga, hormones, sleep, mindfulness, mindset. With the development of online communications such as Zoom I’ve been grateful to be able to work with people and businesses all over the world.
