The Breathing Space has been created to help navigate life with more calm, freedom and ease.
To reduce the clutter and tension which accumulates, with detrimental effects in the body, mind and life.
The safe space and structure provides a moment to reconnect with where you’re at, release some of the tension and feel more in control, more often.
You might want to breathe to heal, feel or lead as your best self.
Why bother?
All too often I witness smart, ambitious people crash - with the weight of the world on their shoulders.
Before we know it we can find ourselves triggered, exhausted or even in A & E with an unwanted diagnosis. My passionate belief is that the prevention is better than the cure.
Your body and mind are deeply connected through many integrated systems, especially our subconscious mind, nervous system, gut, energy and hormones. Hence how we do or feel one thing, overflows into other systems.
Our breath is the gateway to all of these systems. It helps us regulate, access and communicate with our body, mind and soul. However, having worked with thousands of patients, clients and students, few people take a moment to breathe efficiently, effectively and optimally.
You’ll learn to feel and integrate breathing well into your busy life, alongside other simple tools. This can help you better navigate life’s challenges, as well as help you understand yourself better, feel calmer and perform at your best more consistently.

Is it the same as yoga, pilates or meditation?
Whilst the experience shares some common elements, the session is a more reflective, practical and deeper process. It’s all very well breathing deeply once a week or learning fancy postures in yoga class, but if that doesn’t carry over into your everyday habits and feelings to help you transform beyond the class, then it has limited lasting effects.
The Breathing Space combines several methods, is highly intuitive and tailored to attendees. Think meditation, combined with expert coaching guidance, alongside a somatic energy experience. All designed to initiate transformation, release tension and create a greater sense of calm and freedom within.

ABOUT THE BREATHING SPACE HOST
Sally Dibden is a Health, Life and Performance Coach to driven people around the globe. She also runs her Physiotherapy, Yoga and Pilates Clinic in France where she lives with her family near Geneva. Sally currently specialises in supporting and empowering dynamic women to optimise energy, stress, health, hormones and performance. Her ethos being that optimal success and happiness in leadership roles - whether that be as an entrepreneur, busy professional, teacher or parent, comes from a solid foundation of health.
Sally has worked with thousands of patients and clients over her 28 year career which has included training in the British NHS, airforce and private sports clinics. She understands the tendency of high achievers to stretch themselves as well as the challenges of our fast paced living. She helps her clients reach their potential with mind body balance over burnout, enabling them to both enjoy and sustain their energy for all their ambitious goals.
