Hi, I’m Sally Dibden,
Despite all I knew as an experienced physical therapist and keen sporty type, I found myself with a frustrating catalogue of health issues in my mid thirties. . .
. . .fatigue, slow to heal injuries, mood swings, digestive issues, menstrual changes, it felt like my dear body was falling apart.
Over the next decade I set out on a journey of deep holistic healing, beyond that of my clinical and sporting base. Through thousands more hours of study, coaching, certifications and clinical practice,
I connected the dots around how nutrition, stress, hormones, mindset and emotional wellbeing affect the body’s balance, as well as success across ALL areas of life.
Meanwhile, I noticed many of my female patients and clients, particularly those in their late 30s to early fifties, were also struggling with their own array of seemingly unrelated symptoms from headaches and heavy menstrual bleeding, to slow to heal injuries.
On the outside, most had seemingly ‘perfect’ lives with all they’d worked hard to accomplish. They were successful, reasonably wealthy, with beautiful friends and families. Yet along with the physical pain, injury or inflammatory problems they initially came to me with, they were experiencing a multitude of other symptoms such as:
✔️exhaustion, overwhelm, overload or anxiety
✔️low mood, mood swings and irritability with those they love
✔️sleep issues
✔️weight gain, despite not eating much differently to before. Often combined with emotional eating.
✔️digestive issues - bloating, food cravings or a dependance on stimulants such as sugar, caffeine or alcohol
✔️a reliance on frequent use of medications such as pain killers, anti-inflammatories, anti-depressants or anti-biotics
✔️PMS, early signs of perimenopause and other menstrual / hormonal issues such as oestrogen dominance, PCOS, endometriosis, hot flushes, heavy bleeding, memory loss and brain fog.
✔️feeling lost, unfulfilled or dissatisfied, despite having so much. Some described it as a midlife or identity crisis.
✔️lower confidence than they once enjoyed, relationship breakdown, communication and boundary issues, lack of patience
It became clear that the common denominators were chronic stress and feeling high levels of pressure and responsibility.
Chronic holistic depletion - physically, emotionally and spiritually were taking their toll and creating hormone havoc. Their body, mind or life were in DIS-EASE.
Hormone chaos can be exhausting, worrying and disheartening.
It can creep up upon us slowly, catch us out and confuse both us and the medical professionals who may tell us it’s ‘normal’, or will pass once we’re through the menopause.
If you’re only in your early thirties, that’s a LONG time to wait! Plus there are no guarantees it will improve if nothing actually changes.

Over 4 - 8 weeks you move through 4 phases.
We dive in deep together to up-level your health, self and ability to attract and sustain wealth - whatever that means to you.
As you increase your awareness and desires at a deeper level, you’ll focus on where it matters most for you - at work, home or play. Alongside you’ll get to meet other dynamic and conscious women on a similar mission to feel and be their best - in body, mind and soul
PHASE 1 - Reflect and Reconnect
You’ll receive a deep dive questionnaire as well as access to the online resources as soon as you register from 24th August 2021, hence the sooner you join the better so you can enjoy an invaluable slow, soul searching start to the process. The process starts with the DECISION to change.
CLARITY, GOALS, INTENTIONS - What are you seeking for the rest of 2021 and 2022? You’ll be led to self reflect through the soul searching questionnaire which you return to me so I get to understand exactly where you’re at.
You’ll also start to check in and tweak the foundational pillars of sleep, nutrition, exercise and other healthy habits.
PREPARE - this self paced phase allows time to reflect on your organisation and productivity states. You’ll also start to consider and prepare for the type and level of cleanse / detox ie. will you choose a mental / nutritional / emotional or environmental one?
LEARN - how mindset really matters on all healing journeys as well as why balancing the primary hormones is essential for sustaining and optimising female health, happiness and performance. Start to understand how and why a smart detox can reset your systems - body and mind.
We’ll officially kick off TOGETHER as a group LATE JANUARY 2022
PHASE 2 - Release & Rebalance
Commence a guided 7 - 14 day smart and informed “detox” or “cleanse”.
Now allow me to explain - I don’t particularly love either of the words cleanse or detox as they can sound highly restrictive, which is the contrary of my ethos. Understand this is a smart women’s detox, with key differences to ones you may have read about or already tried. We decide together where to focus and what level of change would best suit you given your current goals and other commitments. For some women a nutritional cleanse is decided upon, for others a more mental or emotional one, it totally depends where you’re at. We also work to replace destructive habits with healthy ones, alongside delving in with the mindset to get to the root of why sabotaging cycles were established in the first place, allowing the deeper healing and growth that is often missed in yo-yo dieting cycles.
START TO DETOX FROM:
- destructive habits, negative thoughts or beliefs
OR
- inflammatory foods such as sugar, caffeine, gluten, dairy or alcohol to give the gut, liver and hormones a break
OR
- a toxic environment including toxic people or clutter
LEARN - how to heal deeply from the inside out and the outside in! How the body’s systems and organs, in particularly those affected by stress, anxiety, aging and menopause are all completely inter-connected.
Topics such as digestion, detoxification pathways, primary hormone systems (such as blood sugars, thyroid, adrenals, ovaries) as well as the liver, pain sensors and the immune system are discussed in a relevant relatable way.
PHASE 3 - Rewire, Recalibrate and Refuel
RE-WIRE - the mind with the thoughts and beliefs it needs to sustain your results is a key and essential part of this programme. It is also why diets and a pure nutritional approach rarely works long term. Stepping into the identity and habits of the women who Thrives.
REFUEL -with easy, healthy and practical habits to suit your lifestyle.
LEARN - about metaphysical energy, the chakras and how they connect to your hormones, organs and emotional needs. Dive in deeper into which ones need your attention to reconnect energetically and even spiritually.
PHASE 4 - Reset, Re-energised and raring to go!
RE-INTRODUCE & REFINE - the beliefs, habits, foods and goals that serve you well.
WRAP UP - pulling all the areas together and connecting the dots around where you’re at and where you’re going.
PLAN - leave with clear steps and your bespoke plan to Thrive 365!
HOW DOES THE PRIVATE & GROUP COACHING BLEND WORK?
STEP 1
Over an e-mail (if we already know one another) or short call we evaluate where you're at and if the Hormone and Energy Reset would be a fit. If so, you decide if you would like to add any private support beyond your first session alongside and sign up.
STEP 2 - DEEP DIVE QUESTIONNAIRE
You will be sent a welcome questionnaire to establish exactly where you're at with your life, health, professional and personal goals for our time together in HER. You establish what intentions you have for the Coaching and Mastermind and the support you require. You return this to me to study prior to our coaching.
STEP 3 - Private Coaching & RESOURCES
Your private Hormone and Energy kickstart session is scheduled as soon as you are ready. This can be taken anytime from December 2021 through to the end of January 2022, though the timing is subject to availability and on a first come first served basis.
Further private sessions - can be added as an optional extras along the way for Coaching, Consulting, or specific techniques such as Energy Clearing or Neurolinguistic Programming, which can be fabulous to release subconscious beliefs, stories or patterns that have been draining your energy or holding you back.

You will enjoy full access to start to dive into the resources site, covering everything from oestrogen dominance to how your chakras and hormones intertwine, as soon as you’re welcomed into the programme for the orientation period, phase 1.
STEP 4 - The NEXT online group SISTERMIND WILL commencE late JANUARY 2021.
The group ELEMENT INCLUDES:
Orientation to settle into the group and complete the reflect and reconnection phase together.
A private facebook group pacing you through phases 2 - 4 (as highlighted above).
New weekly teaching videos based on the needs of the members in the group. These are concise and practical, with pointers to progress and develop in your own time, as opposed to 'homework' to hand in.
Accountability, interaction and support from our small community of smart, conscious, supportive women.
Personal coaching in the group where you can ask me anything in written form so you don’t lose time getting stuck.
2 group coaching calls to verbally answer your questions or help untangle what’s going on for you.
Before I started the course/coaching with Sally I was bobbing around in a rough sea, surviving and reacting to what life threw at me, without direction or energy to steer myself.
