Maybe you are working to a gruelling schedule in a demanding job, in charge of a team or running your own business.
Maybe all of the above.
There’s no doubt a fair bit of multi-tasking going on as alongside you balance running an awesome family, training for the next half marathon or finding time for dear friends.
Whatever your role, in this day and age if we are to achieve our full potential without sacrificing our health, relationships or selves, then there are some essentials to consider.
You have an amazing and complex body and mind, full of systems which integrate to work in perfect harmony.
But this natural equilibrium can become upset.
My belief, experience and training is that the majority, if not all or our concerns, are totally entwined - Body, Mind and Soul.
I passionately believe and have seen that whilst the results from addressing isolated low mood / anxiety, exhaustion and injury hindrances can be mediocre, the support and outcome from looking at your WHOLE lifestyle, dreams, goals, mindset, health and hormones can be truly transformational.
It can also save you a whole lot of time, money and energy.

Frequently time poor with a range of demands upon them, my clients expect alot from themselves. Given these demands and expectations, at certain times in their lives they often start to notice a few physical or mindset frustrations creeping in.
Anxiety, pain, headaches, burnout, stress, depression, chronic injuries, digestive troubles, weight gain and relationship issues are some of the very common issues that ensue.
Are these just a string of unrelated, 21st-century conditions that smart, driven people have to live with if we're going to succeed and push ourselves to the limits? Maybe.
I believe and have seen time and time again, that there is another way.
When we take the time and energy to invest in ourselves, we perform better, are happier, healthier and can better support those around us.
You're busy. I'm guessing you really don't have time to be ill?!
It doesn't make sense physically, emotionally, practically or financially to wait for a crisis to occur to take action.
I work with clients privately and in small groups, as a Transformational Life, Health and Performance Coach and Physiotherapist.
I also offer seminars and training to schools and corporate environments on themes such as mindfulness, holistic health for optimal performance and stress management.
