I've also been there not so long ago, pouring all my energy into those around me so that my desires were unfulfilled.

45-minute complimentary call together getting to know you and if this programme is right for you.

You will be sent a Welcome Pack -- a series of questionnaires to ascertain where you're at with your health, happiness, and performance in life. Each questionnaire is thought provoking and this is where the experience begins. We will start to get really clear on where your current health, happiness and levels of fulfillment are and will establish your goals as you move forward.

STEP 3

First session: A private 75-minute Intensive Coaching / Assessment Session via Skype or in person (at my therapy rooms in Messery, France or Geneva)

  • Full assessment and discussion to establish where you are at with your overall level of health, happiness, and performance.
  • Setting of goals and desires.

  • Create action plan.

STEP 4

4 further 50-minute sessions are scheduled over 3 months, usually every 2 weeks.

Hello there !   I'm Sally Dibden, founder of The Wellbeing Consultants and creator of Body + Life Unlimited.

I am a health, life, and high-performance coach, physiotherapist and instruct in clinical Pilates. And I know what it takes to optimize your life. I juggle the needs of my shift working husband, 12-year-old son and 10-year-old daughter and my business.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (Helen - POP UP ANSWERS SO APPEARS SHORTER?)

I'll be honest; I can't help everyone. By the time my clients decide to work with me they KNOW this is the right move for them. I'm not in the business of persuading or convincing people they need support. Here are a few of the common questions I receive....

Q: I'm not totally sure you could help with my specific challenge...

A: If I can't I'll be the first to tell you. I've vast experience assessing people's needs and know pretty quickly if your challenges are within my fields of expertise. Send me an email or hop on a discovery call and we'll quickly discover if I'm the right person to support you.

Q: Wouldn't I be better seeing a nutritionist/exercise specialist/doctor/counsellor ?

A: At times, yes! Again, I don't aim to help everyone, it depends where you're at. Whilst my coaching programs aren't designed as therapy, I do still practice as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist so I am trained and indeed have vast experience 'triaging' if it's in your interest to work with me. Coaching is different to therapy. I don't intend to be purely your therapist. As your coach I help empower YOU and help you take the leadership role in your journey. I'm the facilitator. There is a subtle but important difference and it's where the magic happens, which is why I love it!

Q: I think I can figure some of this stuff out myself with a few books and Google....

A: Of course you could figure out some of it with enough time and energy. I've no doubt you're smart with your research. My aim is to help change the way you see things, and to give you the shortcut of my years of study and experience. This is often the fastest way to develop. I find that people are very often not looking in the right places and hence finding less than ideal advice. The advice also isn't individually tailored for them and hence they lose time and experience frustration when they don’t experience results.  

Q: I would love the support but I'm dependent on my partner at the moment for funds so don't feel I can justify the investment..

A: This is a common train of thought. Allow me to help you retake a look at this. A woman who knows what she needs and truly desires, invariably finds the funds. In your complimentary session we can talk about wealth consciousness and resourceful ways of acquiring the sum required if it is an absolute yes to doing this together.

Q: I'm not sure I 'need' coaching… it seems a lot to invest if it's not a 'need'....

A: Sure, I hear you. In fact, coaching is rarely 'a need'. My clients are usually strong, amazing ladies and I would never describe them as needy. The essential element is a desire to grow, my role is then to help facilitate this, alleviate any challenges and allow you to progress quicker than you would or could have done without professional intervention. I personally still invest in my own coach (or several!) and hope to never be without. I just love growing as quickly and as efficiently as possible (ok my husband describes me as impatient, I prefer to see it as highly motivated and love to be around those just as keen to develop!).

This Private coaching programme is designed around your individual needs.   Whilst it is totally bespoke for you, common topics we visit within the 3 pillars of  Health, Happiness and High Performance are outlined below.  These topics will vary in order to meet you exactly where you're at. 

A series of questionnaires to assertain where you're at with your health and life. 

Module 1: BODY WORKS

The 'magic' then often follows as universe often conspires to help those heading in the right direction.

Who am I ? 

Sally is the founder of  The Wellbeing Consultants which encompasses Health, Life and High Performance Coach, Physiotherapist and Clinical Pilates.  

"Alongside, I  juggle the needs of my husband, 12 year old son and 10 year old daughter.   It's a constant work in progress to ensure that my life is actually in line with my needs.  These days I may look like I've got my act together, but just a few short years ago I was having a health crisis, career crisis, age crisis, relationship crisis, you name it, it all seemed to come together!  Frankly it was a massive struggle to get up in the morning.  These days I know exactly what I want and have plenty of energy to get it.

Improve design, include ? 

So How Does The Programme Work ? 

STEP 1

We spend time on a 45 minute complimentary call together getting to know you and if this programme is right for you. 

STEP 2

Once the decision to work together is made we can get started right away.  You will be sent a Welcome Pack - a questionnaire which in itself is thought provoking and where the experience begins.  We will start to get really clear on where your current health, happiness and levels of fulfillment are and how you desire to move forward. 

STEP 3

First session:  A private 75 minute Intensive Coaching / Assessment Session via Skype or In Person (at my therapy rooms in Messery, France or Geneva)

  • Full assessment and discussion to establish where you are at with your overall level of Health, Happiness and Performance.
  • Setting of goals and desires
  • Create Action Plan

STEP 4

4 further 50 minute sessions are scheduled over 3 months, usually around every 2 weeks.

STEP 5

A final hour long call to wrap up and help you make a sustainable plan.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I'll be honest, I can't help everyone.  By the time my clients decide to work with me they KNOW this is the right move for them.  I'm not in the business of persuading or convincing people they need support.  Here are a few of the common questions I receive....

Q: I'm not totally sure you could help with my specific challenge...

A: If I can't I'll be the first to tell you.  I've vast experience 'assessing' people's needs and know pretty quickly if your challenges are within my fields of expertise.  Send me an email or hop on a discovery and we'll quickly discover if I'm the right person to support you. 

Q: Wouldn't I be better seeing a nutritionist/exercise specialist/doctor /counsellor ? 

At times yes ! Again, I don't aim to help everyone, it depends where you're at.  Whilst my coaching programmes aren't designed as therapy, I do still practice as a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist so I am trained and indeed have vast experience 'triaging' if it's in your interest to work with me.  Coaching is different to therapy.  I don't intend to be purely your therapist.  As your coach I help empower YOU and help you take the leadership role in your journey.  I'm the facilitator.  There is a subtle but important difference and it's where the magic happens, which is why I love it ! 

Q: I think I can figure some of this stuff out myself with a few books and google....

A: Of course some of it your perhaps could, I've no doubt you're smart with your research.  My aim is to help change the way you see things, this is often the fastest way to develop.  I find that people are very often not looking in the right places and hence finding less than ideal advice.  The advice also isn't bespoke for them and hence time is lost and frustration from lack of results ensues.  

Q: I would love the support but I'm dependent on my partner at the moment for funds so don't feel I can justify the investment..

A: This is a common train of thought.  Allow me to help you retake a look at this.  A women who knows what she needs and truly desires, invariably finds the funds.   In your complimentary session we can talk about wealth conciousness and resourceful ways of acquiring the sum required if it is an absolute yes to doing this together.

Q: I'm not sure I 'need' coaching...it seems a lot to invest if it's not a 'need'....

A: Sure, I hear you.  Infact coaching is rarely 'a need'.  My clients are usually strong, amazing ladies and I would never describe them as 'needy'.  The essential element is a desire to grow, my role is then to help facilitate this, alleviate any challenges and allow you to progress quicker than you would or could have done without professional intervention.  I personally still invest in my own coach (or several!) and hope to never be without.  I just love growing as quickly and as efficiently as possible (ok my husband describes me as impatient, I prefer to see it as highly motivated and love to be around those just as kean to develop!)
