I’ve seen enough women (myself included) hit their forties with an array of confusing physical and mental health symptoms - from weight gain, head aches and menstrual chaos, to digestive issues, mood swings and brain fog. Our bodies and minds utterly depleted - literally unable to keep up with our fast paced lives.
Thankfully, many common hormone, energy, chronic health, early aging and mindset challenges are neither inevitable nor necessary - particularly those related with stress, perimenopause, burnout, inflammation and early ageing. What’s more is that the confusing set of symptoms are often highly connected to what’s going on in the rest of our life eg, the state of our relationships, career, how life is for our children and health are often totally related.

They can creep up upon us slowly and catch us out, as well the medical professionals and the well-meaning friends who may tell us stress, weight gain, back pain, menopause havoc etc are all “normal”. Some may have suggestions for trying the current diet book, magic pill or even the anti-depressants, analgesics or HRT. But you aren’t quite convinced.

Modern women can often find themselves lonely, living away and even overseas from close family and old friends. Hence, even though we are surrounded by new, fabulous friends or colleagues, the conversations can lack the depth, history or the space we need to feel connected and grounded.
You won’t get lost in a big group where no-one knows who you are as the group will be small enough to provide an intimate safe environment. It will be there to hold the space for week day support and inspiration. You can participate as little or as much as you like…totally your call.
Despite all, I knew as an experienced physiotherapist and active sporty type, I found myself with a frustrating catalogue of health and life issues as stress accumulated and hormones shifted in my late thirties. Meanwhile, I noticed many of my female patients and clients, particularly those in their late 30s to early fifties, were also struggling with their own array of seemingly unrelated symptoms such as:

✔️ Feeling lost, unfulfilled or dissatisfied, despite having so much. Some described it as a midlife or identity crisis

✔️ Sleep issues - hot flushes, difficulty falling to sleep or waking up at night with an overactive mind
✔️ Weight gain, despite not eating much differently to before. Often combined with emotional eating
✔️ PMS, early signs of perimenopause and other menstrual / hormonal issues such as oestrogen dominance, PCOS, endometriosis, hot flushes, thyroid imbalances, head aches, heavy bleeding or brain fog
✔️ Pain - headaches, back pain, joint pain or slow-to-heal injuries
✔️ Autoimmune or other inflammatory conditions such as arthritis or fibromyalgia.

I set out on a journey of deep holistic healing, beyond that of my clinical and sporting base. Through thousands more hours of study, coaching, certifications and clinical practice, I connected the dots around how staying connected with our purpose and desires, nutrition, stress, hormones, mindset and emotional mastery affect the body and mind’s balance, as well as success across ALL areas of life.
I hear you! It can be overwhelming to know where to start which is where we begin as I will guide you through a tried and tested process.
The trick is to identify WHICH things will make the BIGGEST difference to your body, mind and life, so you can be both efficient and effective. We usually find that actually less is more so you have more, not less time.
Aiming to do ALL the things can add to the stress. Getting to the gym and the yoga class, eating perfectly, as well as meditating daily can feel like more to fit in your rather hectic schedule. Alongside the mixed messages we read about what miracle hack could magically transform our life, it can be confusing what to do or know who to believe.
The coaching is designed to support you to focus. As well as find smart ways to reduce 'over' busyness and hence feel lighter and clearer. Often times when women drop certain baggage and beliefs, they find they become more organised and productive.
As we heal and become more self aware I find we learn to be more selective about how we spend our precious time and work smarter not harder.
Absolutely, simply choose the private coaching option and the resources would all still be available to you - even if you don't wish to partake in the group elements. I do also work with a handful of totally private coaching and consulting clients for longer periods of tme, do reach out for a complimentary conversation so we can discss yor bespoke needs. However it's worth considering this short process as in my experience the group teachings and learnings, accountability and safe space we create all add enormous value even to the most hesitant of group participants. It also keeps the price down so it's more accessible for more women to move through the foundations and I usually only run the live group once a year.
For sure. I use the terms health and energy holistically to describe body, mind and soul. When you feel well physically it can be a brilliant time to delve in deeper emotionally, as you aren't physically depleted so have a greater capacity for what's required. In this case we would focus on the emotional and mindset elements so you feel more equiped and resilient in challenging situations. I'm here to help guide you to CONSISTENTLY great energy and health across each area of your life so you can enjoy it all.

You will be sent a welcome pack with a questionnaire to establish exactly where you're at with your life, health, professional and personal goals for our time together in HER. You establish what intentions you have for the Coaching and Mastermind and the support you require. You return this to me to study prior to our coaching.
STEP 2 - Private Coaching & RESOURCES
Your private Hormone and Energy kickstart session is scheduled as soon as you are ready. This can be taken anytime from 15th August. Timing is subject to availability and on a first come first served basis.
Further private sessions - can be added as an optional extras along the way for Coaching, Consulting, or specific techniques such as Energy Clearing or Neurolinguistic Programming, which can be fabulous to release subconscious beliefs, stories or patterns that have been draining your energy or holding you back.

I’ve already tried EVERYTHING is something I hear ALOT.
Except when we break down what’s been tried, the action isn’t usually as systematic, comprehensive or specific as it needs to be to get to the root of the problem, or at least deep enough for the results the individual desires. This is far from cost free - it reduces our confidence and belief that we’ll EVER find a solution and sadly it’s often the point where people give up.
Due to my extensive experience and ever growing tool box, I'm invariably able to quickly grasp where you're at, understand the route of the challenge and identify the gaps regarding what's required. We then go onto use the best tool for the required shifts.
I passionately believe that the best long term, sustainable and enjoyable results come from deeply understanding YOU and integrating your whole body, life, desires and self. I frequently work alongside your Doctor and we sometimes advise tests. However, my opinion and experience is that the medical or nutritional route alone is often limited, expensive or unsustainable for your lifestyle. There's a reason my tagline is "Life Unlimited".

All coaches have different training, ethos and experience. I consider coaching as a process to help you get to your truth, optimising your potential and timeline to get the results you desire.
I use a very integrated body and mind approach and passionately believe that the two cannot be separated. Having been trained originally in both scientifically proven western methods like physiotherapy, alongside ancient eastern and holistic methods like acupuncture, I offer a vast range of tools and insights that I find most clients benefit from.
I balance facilitating any 'healing' which may need to be done, alongside progressing towards the desired outcome in your life - be it personally or professionally.
Coaching is empowering because you CHOOSE to do it, very consciously. You're choosing to uplevel. You're choosing to believe in yourself and get the support YOU deserve to be the best you can.
However, my aim is to also offer my services to those ahead of the game. They know that something needs to change, OR, they just want to get the absolute best out of themselves. The beauty is you don't have to have 'a problem' to benefit enormously from being coached!

With google at our fingertips, my super smart clients often arrive reasonably well informed and proactive.
However, it is not uncommon that information overload, as well as trying MANY things, has actually added stress and confusion to an already very busy plate. Yes, you could try and figure some of the next steps out by yourself with the help of dear old google. However, a non-personalised approach is often at best slower and at worse damaging, depending on whose advice you stumble upon.
Leaving you left feeling frustrated and dispondent, like you’ve tried everything and it’s not worked.
Chances are you’re doing lots of great things to stay on great form already, even if you don’t have time to do all you know to do.
We are complex human beings. Things aren't always what they seem and can involve various 'layers'. Hence the skill is understanding this and knowing where to prioritise your precious time and energy for optimal results. What worked great for your best friend, may be far from optimal for you.
Also we can't see what we aren't aware of, hence why our independent searching can be confusing. Our limiting beliefs, thoughts, perspective, hormones etc all play a huge role. It's often because a problem has been looked at in isolation that the results are limited. My philosophy is to understand YOU as a WHOLE. What makes you tick? How do you love to live etc? Then we create the lifestyle, body and mindset to achieve that. We look at what IS already working and make that even better. The power comes from integrating and truly understanding your WHOLE SELF, body, mind and soul.
